Silver Lining has set up a jewelry studio in Guangxi to provide training and employment opportunities for the disabled and parents of disabled children. By providing them with a job skill, this project also hopes to bring it out to the community. In doing so, the disabled would also be capable of participating in social activities, allowing for equal employment opportunities.
